The practice of gymnastics fosters growth in strength, flexibility, focus, and self esteem. At "Shine Gymnastics" we focus our effort on building the whole child; one with strong physical skills along with a healthy self-concept, and competency.

4:00-5:00PM ages 5-12

Thursday Preschool Class

12:00-1:00PM and 1:00-2:00PM ages 3-5
